We are currently recruiting for the following vacancies:
Head/Assistant Housekeeper (full-time position)
Experience of a similar role would be preferred but isn’t essential, as full training will be given. A knowledge of health & safety and hygiene procedures would be advantageous.

Sous / Head Chef (full-time position)
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is hard working, passionate about food and has the ability to work in a busy, friendly team.
Live in accommodation is available if required. A 45 hour week contract, working 5 days from 7. We offer a competitive salary.

Food & Beverage Assistant (full-time & part-time positions available)
A customer-facing role; the ideal candidate will be friendly and welcoming, be a team player and have a good work ethic. This role requires someone with previous customer-facing experience who has a flexible and adaptable attitude and is open to learning and self-improvement.
